“My mom was visiting me from Germany at Christmas, when one of her hearing aids stopped working. I looked up our nearest Audiologist, which happened to be Broadwater Hearing Care, Inc and Dr Susan Terry. We were able to get an appointment right away, even without insurance. We were greeted by Dr Terry’s delightful staff, who patiently guided us through the paperwork. Dr Terry came out into the waiting room to get us and walked us into her office personally. She recognized the hearing aid company instantly and was immediately able to help. Not only did she quickly discover the problem was just from a clogged filter and nothing serious, but she also showed my mom how to change the filter herself! Dr Terry made some excellent recommendations to my mother to help prepare for potential future travel issues that my mom could fix herself. She had extra batteries, wipes and filters available for my mom to purchase right there, and the price was more than reasonable. Dr Terry and her staff were very kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone with a hearing concern! (In fact, I will be referring another family member asap). Thank you, Dr Terry!”
