Reduce Your Risk for Tinnitus – Tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, can be a minor or major annoyance.
There are things that you can do to minimize tinnitus. Believe it or not, a healthy diet full of antioxidants can help.
Make sure that you are getting enough vitamins (A, C, D) as well as minerals like magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids. Cut back on sugar and preservatives.
Get some exercise. By getting your blood flowing, you are flushing out the bad and getting plenty of oxygen.
Fatigue can worsen tinnitus. Try to get plenty of rest. It helps your whole body.
Stress can aggravate tinnitus as well. Take mindfulness breaks throughout the day to reduce stress. Even a couple minutes of focused breathing can help.
