Planning to Travel in 2015?

January 5, 2015 by Kathy

Remember that when you travel, your routine is disrupted. You have to be extra careful about where you put your hearing aids so they don’t get lost.

traveling via airplaneIf you have to take your hearing aids out on an airplane, put them in their box and inside a zipped compartment of you carry on bag. (There really is no reason to take them out on a plane unless you plan to sleep).

If you are staying in a hotel room, put your hearing aids with your valuables, so they don’t get left behind.

If you are staying in someone’s home, be aware that dogs and cats think hearing aids are delicious and they will eat them and small children get into everything.

By taking a few precautions, you will be a happy traveler!

If you have any questions about how best to travel with hearing aids or how to get into a good routine, give us a call at 727-323-2471.
