Bluetooth can be frustrating at times and does not always work the way we want it to. Sometimes, all you need is a little patience, and problem will resolve on it’s own. Sometimes, it requires a little extra effort. Either you or a family member should be able to resolve your connectivity problem and save you from having to make a trip into the office.
If you are having trouble staying connected, try turning your cellphone completely off and reboot (restart) the phone. This often fixes problems.
If this does not fix your problem, you may need to re-pair your hearing aids to your phone. IPhone and Android have different operating systems and do not connect the same way.
