There are many vitamins and minerals that are known to be good for certain parts of our bodies, like Vitamin A is good for your eyes???? and Calcium and Vitamin D are good for your bones???? . Unfortunately, there aren’t any specific vitamins or minerals that have been proven to be linked specifically to hearing health!
????
On the other hand, overall health and maintaining a healthy diet has been shown to lower the risk of hearing loss. Make sure your diet is balanced and full of vitamin- and mineral-rich foods to help support the overall health of your ears!
