Are Ear Plugs the New Sunglasses?
Over the past several years we have been told that, in order to protect our vision, we must wear sunglasses. I am hopeful that because I started wearing sunglasses regularly when I was quite young, that I will not have early cataracts like my mother. Earplugs can do the same for your ears.
